The goods of proper quality can be returned/exchanged in accordance with Article 25 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights". When returning / exchanging goods of proper quality, the buyer pays the transport costs. If the order includes free shipping, then this amount is a marketing condition and upon return, the amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, in accordance with the carrier's tariffs.
If the product is of poor quality, then the return and exchange is carried out at our expense. Commission fees and used items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
The refund is made within 10 days from the date of submission of the relevant request ( Article 22 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection"), that is, within 10 days after we receive the returned goods. Your bank or other financial institution may have an impact on the term of the refund conditions.
